Pilates – wellness

My unique movement classes are founded in Pilates and include: Yoga, Alexander, meditation and walking.

They are non judgemental and about kindness and acceptance. Focusing on the breath and movement, surrendering, dissolving stress so that the body is relaxed and movement easier and change happens with ease and harmony. They are flowing and fun, mindful and mellow, breath connected to movement, mind present in the body and the moment.

My classes are non judgemental and open to all as they adapt to the needs of the individual and group. I specialise in classes for  an older age group, those with mobility issues and those who are seeking a less competitive approach to Pilates.
